Ring sizing:

Please make sure your ring size is accurate before ordering. I do not offer refunds or exchanges as each order is made to each individual's sizing. I use US/Canadian ring sizing for the production of my rings. I have included an international conversion chart on my sizing page located here. If you are unsure of your size, I recommend visiting your local jeweller for a professional sizing. Make sure to size your finger for the type of ring you are interested in. Wide band rings fit differently from smaller band rings. I offer some resizing services for a reasonable fee. Note: Some rings cannot be resized or will have certain resizing specifications. This is due to the nature of the design and will be included in the listing if relevant. 

Sales terms and conditions:

Due to the nature of my work, all sales are final. In rare circumstances including a lost package or a damaged item, please contact me immediately so I can begin the return process. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the purchase of an item. Please read the listings carefully.

Payments: Major credit cards are accepted along with PayPal, Interac, Shop pay, Google pay, and Apple Pay.

Repairs: 

I take great care in the production of my jewelry, however I understand that accidents can happen. I am happy to repair your jewelry piece(s) for a small fee that includes a polish. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Due to the organic nature of my work some pieces are not repairable. Repairs and fees are calculated on a case by case basis. Make sure to read the product listing before purchasing.

Studio:

I operate out of a shared artist studio that is not open to the public. In saying that, if you live in Montréal and would prefer to pick up your item to avoid shipping fees, please contact me here. We can arrange a payment/pick up date and time.

Order wait times:

Please allow 2 weeks for production on made to order items. Custom order times vary on intricacy of design, 2-4 weeks is needed on average for production. One-of-a-kind designs, and samples sales are ready to ship, and will ship between 1-5 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping:

I currently use Canada post to ship my orders domestically, to the United States, and internationally. I offer flat rate shipping in order to offer my customers reasonable fees. In order to offer flat rate fees, I ship standard shipping speeds. 

1. Canada - $20 - Shipping speed 3-9 business days

2. U.S.A. - $20 - Shipping speed 4-8 business days

3. Europe/Great Britain - $20 Shipping speed 4-10 business days

4. Rest of world - $25 Shipping speeds 4-10 business days

International services:

1. Priority worldwide - 2-3 business days/on time guarantee/tracking/$100 coverage/signature

2. Xpresspost international - 4-7 business days/on time delivery/tracking/$100 coverage

 Note: Due to the impact of Covid-19 there may be shipping delays on some orders. Customs and duty fees may apply for international orders. I am not responsible for these fees, please refer to your country's importation laws prior to ordering if this may be a concern.

Jewelry care:

As a general rule, avoid perfumes, chlorine, lotions, and exercising while wearing your jewelry. I would also advise removing your jewelry before bed.

To avoid tarnishing your sterling jewelry, keep it stored when not being worn. To clean your piece(s) simply use a soft toothbrush and a clear, unscented dish soap. Another way is to make a soft paste using baking soda and water. To polish you can use a jewelry polishing cloth. These cloths contain small amounts of polishing compounds that will bring back the high shine on your jewelry. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver, and 7.5% alloyed metals such as copper and zinc. 10K yellow gold is 41.7% gold, 52% silver, and 6.3% copper.

Privacy policy: 

I do not sell nor share any personal data collected with any outside agency or organization other than as necessary to complete your business transactions (such as credit card processing or shipping address).

Any account information such as email, name, and address is collected to make your shopping experience efficient and convenient. Such information can be removed by my system by request.
